2024 has been nothing less of transformational.

years prior, even in the most unsure moments, i remained in my bubble and felt safe. in that time, all i wanted was to feel safe… even if safe is a bit boring.

yet, the moment i stepped into 2024, i felt a dramatic shift. my bubble was forcibly popped and it was the best thing that could have happened to me.

i was thrown into a whole different world of people and opportunities. something i wanted and didn’t even know was possible in the city that i have been trying to run away from.

what has been one of my hardest years, has also been one of my most fruitful & promising years to date.

i not only helped open a brick & mortar, in the middle of what seems like a recession, but i have evolved as a person and have been sharpened by like-minded individuals that i didn’t have before.

on top of these personal growths, i have also noticed the way my style has transformed through this process.

what wasn’t so black and white for me, has now become so— well, black and white. its all i wear now, ha!
